Pawlease is a document-preparation tool that helps pet owners present information about their pet. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using Pawlease does not guarantee that any rental application will be approved; landlords make their own decisions based on their policies and applicable law. All information in a Pawlease application is provided by the pet owner and is not independently verified.

You pay once for the plan you choose. Your plan includes edits and re-downloads for 30 days (Single application) or 90 days (Moving season). There is no subscription.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter, including health records, references and insurance details. Only include a quote from a reference if they said it or agreed to it.

Pawlease is designed for pets. It is not an emotional support animal letter or service animal documentation.
